Angela at the front desk has made this stay so accommodating I couldn’t help but leave 5 stars everywhere. This is a really nice and updated hotel and there is even a Mexican restaurant in the parking lot that does to go drinks.
My wife and I had the pleasure to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Niceville during my recent 45 year reunion from Niceville High School. I would like to recognize Angel Madden for the outstanding job she did resolving a minor issue with my credit card. Angel did not hesitate to take full responsibility and resolve the issue immediately. She followed up with me by text and phone to insure everything was resolved to my satisfaction.. Her actions are the reason I will always stay at the Holiday Inn Express when visiting Niceville. Great Job Angel!
I had a great experience at Holiday Inn & Suites, and a big part of that was Angel, the office manager. She was genuinely kind, helpful, and made everything feel easy from start to finish — the kind of person who makes you think, “Yep, this place is in good hands.”
Very clean, bright & well maintained hotel. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. We enjoyed the pool but were also very pleasantly surprised to find laundry machines (that took card!) nearby to the gym. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel and staff.
Overall the entire three day stay was great. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and ready on time. No problems whatsoever.

Tasha was amazing. Made our checkin quick and painless. Went out of her way to accommodate me and my family to make sure we were all close together.
Check in was a breeze and Tina took great care of me and even upgrading me to a water view room! She was so nice and friendly. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and quiet! There was plenty of parking spots available at no extra charge. Breakfast was great and the pancake machine was really cool! Would definitely stay here again! Keep up the great work! :-)
